Age requirement

Only people aged 18 or over may use Vibe2Song or generate music. Before your first generation, we ask you to confirm your age and accept these rules.

Prohibited use

• Creating a song or recording that impersonates a real person, or falsely claiming that a real artist or performer created, performed or endorsed the result.
• Requesting an unauthorised imitation of an identifiable real artist's voice.
• Creating content for deception, fraud, threats, harassment, hate, child exploitation or any other unlawful purpose.
• Submitting lyrics, images or other material that you do not have the necessary rights or permissions to use.

Similarities in generated music

You can describe a genre, mood, tempo and instruments. Do not ask Vibe2Song to copy a particular song or imitate an artist's voice. Results are generated automatically and may coincidentally resemble existing works. Vibe2Song does not guarantee that results are unique or imply the involvement or endorsement of any artist.

Violations
