1. About Vibe2Song and these terms

Vibe2Song is an Android app that turns your descriptions into musical ideas, lets you adjust sound settings and stores finished tracks in your library. The service is operated by Semy WEB GbR, Zaunkönigstraße 7, 82140 Olching, Germany. By using Vibe2Song, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account and responsibilities

Vibe2Song is for people aged 18 or over. Before your first generation, you must confirm your age and accept the Content Generation Rules.

An account may be required to save music and purchases. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and protecting access to your account. You must not impersonate anyone, bypass safeguards, interfere with service security, or use Vibe2Song in a way that breaks the law or infringes another person's rights.

You must have the legal right to submit any lyrics, images or other materials for processing. Do not submit material that infringes copyright, image rights, privacy or any other person's rights.

3. Music generation and your content

We process your descriptions, lyrics, settings and uploaded images to generate music. Results are created automatically and may resemble results made for other users, contain errors or differ from what you expected. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, suitable for a particular purpose, eligible for copyright protection or unlike an existing work.

You retain the rights you hold in the source material you submit. You allow the operator and the providers that support generation and storage to use that material only as needed to provide the feature you selected, keep the service secure and provide support. Rights in generated results are determined by applicable law and the terms governing the generative technology used.

4. Subscriptions and credits

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play. Google Play shows the applicable price, currency, tax, billing period and purchase terms before you confirm.

• The Starter, Creator and Studio plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically unless you cancel renewal through Google Play before the next charge.
• Subscription credits are added for each applicable paid period. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of that period.
• The additional credit pack is a one-time purchase of 40 credits. The credits do not expire, and the pack is available only while you have an active subscription.
• Deleting your Vibe2Song account does not cancel your Google Play billing agreement. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription separately in your Google Play subscription settings.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled under Google Play's rules and applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account, except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Availability and ending use

Features may change, be updated or become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network failures or the work of a generation provider. The operator takes reasonable steps to maintain and secure the service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You can delete your account in the app or use the account deletion page. If you breach these terms, access may be restricted to the extent permitted by law.

6. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Users in the European Union retain the mandatory consumer protections that apply in their country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
